On the Minor Prophecies of William Blake. With an Introduction by S. Foster Damon.
New York: Dutton, [1930].
Thick 8vo, xiii, 395pp. Original blue cloth, dust-jacket worn, chipped, and torn. Gift inscription on front free endpaper.
§ First American edition. A most eccentric book, surprisingly with S. Foster Damon lending a hand: “she had deliberately avoided reading any of those recent writers who also have attempted a complete inquiry [into Blake] and she had been assisted by visitations from the dead. The result is as might be expected.” Bentley, Blake Books, 1780. Item #127197
