Small slim 8vo, [16] unnumbered leaves, printed on one side only, each bearing text and a color-printed illustration. Loose in original grey wrappers, upper cover lettered in gold. Slight spotting to the fore-edge, otherwise as issued.
§ No limitation stated but "engraved and printed by Edmund Evans" at end. Very scarce little pamphlet for children with lovely illustrations by Brooke. Although Brooke was an accomplished painter, he was best known as a book illustrator. Item #124851
