§ First edition. Collier's second proper book, in which he wrote of many of the lesser known Elizabethan poets. Also contains two mentions (vol. 2, pp. 80 and 85) of Thomas Frognall Dibdin, whose Bibliographical Decameron had appeared three years earlier and with whose work Collier was clearly familiar.
