Bindings somewhat scuffed and tips bumped, but still quite handsome, foxing to front matter and text block edges. Good. Fifth Edition. Morris’s third book and one of his most successful. A verse epic in which medieval Norsemen in search of paradise discover a city where the Greek gods are still worshipped. Twice a month the travellers and their hosts exchange tales of Classical mythology and medieval legends and sagas.
