San Francisco: Gelber, Lilienthal, Inc., 1932. 8vo, (viii), 156, (1) pp. Frontispiece portrait and 6 facsimile plates. Original blue boards, grey cloth backstrip, printed paper labels. Grey cloth on upper board faintly spotted, book plate of John Howell, very good. First edition, one of 400 copies printed at the Grabhorn Press. Author's presentation inscription on the front free endpaper "To my friend Herbert L. Rothschild Esq with the compliments of Wm C Van Antwerp June 2 1932."
