Folio, 45 pp., illustrated throughout including a sepia portrait of Coverdale and a folding facsiimile of the original map; and with an original leaf tipped in. A very good copy, in dust-jacket. Prospectus and John Howell-Books announcement loosely inserted. Limited to 425 copies including a number of “special” copies, thus one of about 400. The leaf is Ecclesiastes chapters III–VII, with some of the best known aphorisms in the Bible: "Whoever loves money never has enough" for example.
