Original rough linen, red morocco lettering piece, dust-jacket, a very fine copy inscribed by Lorna Price. First edition thus, best version (most copies were issued in wrappers). Ephemera at front including the prospectus for the complete edition in three volumes. Also included is a small pamphlet "Publishing the Plan of St. Gall" by James Clark, presented as a keepsake to the Roxburghe Club by Harlan Kessell and printed by the Arion Press.
