Depicts a castle with three figures: one is flying wings and with a winged foot holding a banner that reads Merchurio, another figure with a beard and hat is pointing with a stick, there is a banner atop his head that reads Eneps, and a third figure is sharpening an axe. A third banner reads Carthago in the top right.
