Original boards and cloth backstrip, printed paper label and spare inside the front cover, unopened, a very fine copy is a slightly soiled and faded binding. Edited by Cockerell and Proctor, the press run was 315 copies. It was part of 8-volume series of reprints produced in the Golden type at the Chiswick Press.
