London: Oxford University Press, Humphrey Milford, MCMXXVIII (1928). Folio, 16 pp., 16 leaves of color plates, some fold-out, with caption printed paper guards, and colophon. Full black cloth with title printed in gilt to backstrip, edges untrimmed. Corners bumped, head and tail of spine slightly rubbed, some scattered fingerprints, plates are bright; very good.
