With the often lacking "Universal-Register-Office" advertisement at end of volume two (M12r), and the requisite blanks. "There were two impressions, Strahan printed 5,000 copies of vols. I and III in Dec. 1751, and 3000 copies of the same volumes in Jan. 1752... Printer of vols. II and IV unknown. Vols. I and III differ from vols.
