§ First Edition. George Christopher Davies wrote many books, mostly about sailing, travel, local history, and angling; but he is best known for his superb photographically-illustrated works, The Rivers and Broads of Norfolk and Suffolk (1889) and On Dutch Waterways (1887). This is a very uncommon guide to small-boat cruising around Holland and Belgium, based on the author's several tours. Item #6039
