Folio, frontis, , 487, lxxxix,  pp. Frontispiece after Van Dyck, engraved title vignette and five full page engraved plates by De Loisy. Printed in red and black throughout with numerous ornamented initials. Music notation on 4-line staves in red (about 50 pages, many full page). Original blind-stamped pigskin, elaborately tooled, with clasps (lacking one keeper). Covers hand soiled, 1 inch patch of wear to upper edge of lower cover, final signature loosening, minor marginal dampstaining and soiling within, frontis, title, and first few leaves with rust stains from old staple, modern bookplate, overall very good.
