The first accurate reproduction of Blake’s seven engravings for the Divine Comedy, first issued in 1838. This new edition has an introduction and commentary by Geoffrey Keynes; three facsimiles of early states, and monochrome reproductions of Blake’s watercolor designs for the plates, and the seven plates in superb facsimile.
