Small 4to, three folded linen sheets  pp., color printed cover title and lower wrapper, illustrations printed in black and red on linen. Stapled pictorial linen wrappers. Clean copy with minor foxing and slight fraying at the top edge; very good.
§ Scarce linen ABC book. The verso of the title has an uppercase alphabet printed in black and the recto of the lower wrapper has a lowercase alphabet and numbers 0-9, both encased in a single line border. Each page has three to five letters of the alphabet and corresponding animals illustrated for each letter, including the curious, “V” for “Vampire,” and “U” for “Unicornis Rhinoceros.” The wrappers are printed in color with illustrations of children at play.
